A sophisticated marketing automation solution built for a medical tourism company to increase brand awareness and engage potential customers on Reddit. The system automatically searches for relevant posts across multiple subreddits based on targeted keywords, analyzes post content to ensure relevance, and uses GPT to generate helpful, informal comments that provide genuine value to discussions. The automation includes a reputation management layer that continuously monitors comment performance and automatically removes any comments that receive negative reception (below -1 votes) to protect brand reputation.
The client needed to build organic brand awareness on Reddit - a platform notoriously hostile to marketing - while maintaining authenticity and avoiding spam detection. Manual engagement was time-consuming and inconsistent, and negative community reactions could damage brand reputation quickly.
I worked on an n8n workflow that identifies relevant discussions through keyword-based subreddit monitoring, generates contextual comments using GPT, and tracks comment votes in PostgreSQL. The workflow includes removal of underperforming content as part of its reputation controls.
