Delivering a high-fidelity virtual museum experience on web browsers presented significant technical hurdles due to browser resource limitations. The platform needed to handle massive 3D environments with thousands of high-resolution artworks while maintaining smooth performance across VR headsets, desktops, and mobile devices - all while enabling real-time cross-platform multiplayer interaction with voice chat.
I worked across the WebGL, mobile WebGL, VR, and CMS platform, combining implementation with QA, release automation, and production troubleshooting. My work included optimized Unity pipelines, asset streaming through Asset Bundles, and mobile memory and performance investigations. I integrated real-time multiplayer and Agora voice communication, contributed fixes and improvements to the VR application, and worked on AWS infrastructure and CloudFront delivery across the platform.
